SCF is governed by a Board of Directors and is advised by a Conservation Committee. Day-to-day the organization is led and managed by its Chief Executive Office from a base in Europe.

To assist with SCF’s programme development and monitoring, the Board and CEO are assisted by a Conservation & Science Committee, chaired by a Board member.
